We collect only the information necessary to provide the Eventix platform: • Guest information provided by event organisers: name (Arabic and/or English), WhatsApp phone number, email address (optional), language preference, and RSVP status. • WhatsApp messages sent to or received from our business number, processed via the Meta WhatsApp Cloud API. • Instagram Direct Messages sent to Thermo Tech's Instagram account, processed via the Meta Instagram Graph API. • Voice messages sent via WhatsApp - transcribed using OpenAI Whisper (audio is not stored after transcription). • AI conversation data: messages processed by Google Gemini or DeepSeek AI to generate automated responses. No personal data is used for AI training. • Technical data: IP addresses, browser type, and usage logs collected automatically when you visit eventix.om.

We use collected data to: • Send event invitations and RSVP confirmations via WhatsApp and email. • Process and track RSVP responses. • Generate and verify QR codes for event check-in. • Provide AI-assisted responses to guest queries via WhatsApp. • Send booking enquiry notifications to event organisers. • Maintain platform security and troubleshoot technical issues. We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose beyond operating the Eventix platform.

Eventix uses the Meta WhatsApp Cloud API and Meta Instagram Graph API to send and receive messages. This processing is subject to Meta's Data Policy in addition to this Privacy Policy. Messages sent through WhatsApp are end-to-end encrypted between the sender and WhatsApp's servers. Eventix receives message content via Meta's API for processing. Thermo Tech is a verified Meta Business Partner. Our WhatsApp Business Account ID is 1624356745272320.

Inbound WhatsApp messages may be processed by: • Google Gemini (primary) - Google AI Studio API, subject to Google's AI Terms • DeepSeek - used as an alternative provider when configured Voice messages are transcribed using OpenAI Whisper. Audio files are not retained after transcription. AI responses are generated based on your message content and the context of your event invitation. No personal data is used to train AI models.

You may opt out of WhatsApp messages from Eventix at any time by replying STOP, إلغاء, or unsubscribe to any message. You will be marked as opted out and will not receive further messages. You can re-subscribe by replying START. To opt out of email communications, reply to any email with "Unsubscribe" in the subject, or contact us at info@eventix.om.

We share your data only with: • Meta (Facebook) - for WhatsApp and Instagram message delivery • Google - for AI response generation (Gemini) • OpenAI - for voice message transcription (Whisper) • Your event organiser - who provided your details for the event invitation We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third party.

We retain: • Guest records and RSVP data for as long as required by the event organiser or until deletion is requested. • Message logs for 90 days. • Database backups for 14 days. • Webhook logs, rotated weekly. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting info@eventix.om.

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including: • HTTPS/TLS encryption for all data in transit • Database access restricted to authenticated systems • Sensitive credentials stored in environment variables, not in code • Regular backups with restricted access • Firewall rules limiting server access to necessary ports only

You have the right to: • Access the personal data we hold about you • Correct inaccurate data • Request deletion of your data • Object to processing of your data • Withdraw consent at any time (including WhatsApp opt-out via STOP) To exercise any of these rights, contact: info@eventix.om

The Eventix platform (eventix.om) uses a session cookie for admin and scanner authentication. This cookie is essential for the secure operation of the platform and cannot be disabled while using authenticated features. The Eventix marketing site does not use tracking or advertising cookies.
